Refund policy

At Lil Laugh, we want you to love your purchase. Each item is checked carefully before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Change of Mind

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if the product no longer suits your needs. Please review all product details before ordering.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email support@lillaugh.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description.

If confirmed faulty, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Returns

Returns are only accepted if approved by our team. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Baby feeding items (utensils, cups, etc.)

  • Opened or used toys and accessories

  • Clearance or sale items


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect will incur a re-shipping fee. Refunds are not available in these cases.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations can’t be accepted.
