At Lil Laugh, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and carefully. Every item is inspected and packed with care before dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery Times (Australia-wide)
We ship Australia-wide using reliable courier and postal partners.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by our courier partners and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed,” re-delivery fees will apply.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking email for each shipment.
Delays
We do our best to meet delivery timeframes, but once an order is handed to the courier, it’s outside our control.
Lil Laugh is not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions, natural events, or unforeseen carrier issues.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@lillaugh.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
We’ll liaise with the courier and assist you promptly.
